I said oh, so. She showed us a book and it had things inappropriate. I said what was it, he said "no" it's inappropriate. He then told me it was a naked blue lady and it showed her boobs. He was really worried about this. I talked with his teacher, she went and looked at the book and told me the name. Here is the picture that he was so worried about.<br /><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5309111985534389330" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 89px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 119px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhU5HcVE-6L1AP5hkxU3L9OJ6lBJ70iuGph4TnfVg9lWjC3vlcS7oM4w4C-i7wN4dumBAhDpOmqWiIK4RWzmfdKlLh2r6XGAWGu5h9TgXBOLHSDQpJvbkZbwTU9o4SwctF-ThbREg/s200/images%5B1%5D.jpg" border="0" /></div><p align="center"> It's not as bad as expected, but I'm really happy that he felt that it was inappropriate. The doctor was very blunt and said that it COULD be cancer, but that she didn't think that it was.She thought it was just some fatty tissue. She told us to watch Alexus, and if she started to act strange, more tired, bruises, not her normal, or the bump got bigger to bring her in immediately. If it wasn't gone in 3 weeks that we should bring her back in then they would start tests. I got this very yucky feeling. I felt like we were up for a crazy couple of years. On the way home Alexus started to ask questions. </div><br /><div>A - What is cancer? Me - it means your sick</div><br /><div>A - What would I have to do ? Me - take some medicine</div><br /><div>A - what if it doesn't go a way and they have to do surgery? Me - well we will deal with it then.</div><br /><div>A - I'm scared about the surgery part I have never had anything like that before. </div><br /><div></div><br /><div>I tried to tell her that everything was going to be fine. By no means was I going to go all the way into what cancer REALLY was and what could happen. I thought that if we have to go down that road I would tell her then. I made sure that I stayed away from the computer. I knew that I could really freak myself out. </div><br /><div></div><br /><div>The next night some great friends changed their plans and came over so that Dave and Chuck could give her a blessing. I still felt yucky about everything. The next day I felt okay to look at the computer and then I also talked with Chuck's mom. She told me that she had, had some bumps, and that they had gone away. I felt more and more like it WAS just fatty tissue and that everything was going to be fine.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Now almost 3 weeks later the bump is almost gone. I know that the blessing helped. It is amazing the things the Lord can do. We are so Blessed.</div>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37420323.post-31979070909199937012009-01-14T19:52:00.000-08:002009-01-14T20:00:44.911-08:00Carly and her sleeping positions<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwJXaYHNjn-mCkTI8bYjfyWrnG4udcgNfvct_yuwcukqKSBZRzxVZO_I1TSq1S57_xC1Ofs87atH_KRFXRl54dSSLE1sQiPBgZoB6h1l2X0d8CjJUfGo5f6mA-Z6ivADyWiJJGgg/s1600-h/100_3826.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5291364186345101314" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwJXaYHNjn-mCkTI8bYjfyWrnG4udcgNfvct_yuwcukqKSBZRzxVZO_I1TSq1S57_xC1Ofs87atH_KRFXRl54dSSLE1sQiPBgZoB6h1l2X0d8CjJUfGo5f6mA-Z6ivADyWiJJGgg/s200/100_3826.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzok-9PNvN2K9rZD-8EMRi8fWPU6KqX12jZKMO07BQoD43nciRqIYvalO8wnAo1sXbrTfLDtQEe-nWnT4k4JsC-UTyICa-PfMvj82jiDhWB4U48qisHO1miVr4Qlz9uCkEENRNnQ/s1600-h/100_4005.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5291364174440106178" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzok-9PNvN2K9rZD-8EMRi8fWPU6KqX12jZKMO07BQoD43nciRqIYvalO8wnAo1sXbrTfLDtQEe-nWnT4k4JsC-UTyICa-PfMvj82jiDhWB4U48qisHO1miVr4Qlz9uCkEENRNnQ/s200/100_4005.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjDL7I6v71I5Wc5zhdfCTwKFwdq3wxP6m2l_YiTGMBPvNKGsK4d9oE0hwPcGtfSg6rDi0sdH6jL23LYRR4Ne6T8X8qvu2lAWArifBou-ayefW2M5eWgxf2TRWkfr0so2bHl_6l4XA/s1600-h/100_3827.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5291364176004086002" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 150px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjDL7I6v71I5Wc5zhdfCTwKFwdq3wxP6m2l_YiTGMBPvNKGsK4d9oE0hwPcGtfSg6rDi0sdH6jL23LYRR4Ne6T8X8qvu2lAWArifBou-ayefW2M5eWgxf2TRWkfr0so2bHl_6l4XA/s200/100_3827.jpg" border="0" /></a><br />At the end of September Carly started climbing IN and OUT of her crib. For those of you that don't know I'm NOT a morning person, but I've done a great job. I've lost some weight, but what is even better is that my clothes fit better and I have energy! I hope that we can go again next year. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5242379613460976482" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTRR3KRpnPVR_s1qNKZ_F-kY4hB_my_-E75LaIrfYbTWUu2rhzGCM23bfVS4Nj-vdtd-n6wYa7vWYn4sukXpdNctAmZyhnMfHgHpqouMEBcz7uRA09uEzTzy82tX8qr6M8ecFfhA/s200/100_3462.JPG" border="0" /></div><p align="center">This is a picture of the kids up in the loft in the place that we stayed. We went to this place named Bennett's' in Grayland, WA. From the oust side it looked OK, but the Food was great. I will go back there just for the food. I had the BEST stake that I have ever had!. The best stake before was from Bobby Flay's restaurant in Vegas. Chuck had wild coho with some strawberry glaze. He said that it was so good. We both had clan chowder too. The base was really smooth and the clams weren't chewy at all. The clams were the perfect size, not to big at all. To top it all off the chef came out and talked to us. He wanted to make sure the food was really good. He was really nice. He said that they make 80 gallons of clam chowder a week. WOW !</div><br /><div></div><br /><div></div><br /><div></div>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37420323.post-91930002874666981412008-07-23T12:32:00.000-07:002008-07-23T13:42:41.839-07:00What do you remember about me?<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9sBo8QixsDyyQDKRrW0d1f9vS5oNz_SfKSnHF3dN2vdAdQXYtrRwcdQS_f5Z9SjniOUSjHNuSBoq74vkYa_S64vIywcYFPC9HDUPfc9auWQIhiDzj__F3vByacX_H7J1LcMyrNg/s1600-h/me.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5226311646188618370" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9sBo8QixsDyyQDKRrW0d1f9vS5oNz_SfKSnHF3dN2vdAdQXYtrRwcdQS_f5Z9SjniOUSjHNuSBoq74vkYa_S64vIywcYFPC9HDUPfc9auWQIhiDzj__F3vByacX_H7J1LcMyrNg/s400/me.jpg" border="0" /></a>A couple of friends did this and it was fun to remember back to being young!<br />I mean really young like 1st and 2nd grade!<br /><div>1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!<br />2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.</div>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37420323.post-66182318859802223032008-07-23T11:15:00.000-07:002008-07-23T11:32:11.469-07:00Scary<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiY5ez6fZzrF36g5pFEv5KI81iBhnW06metTQZnduhg5roCXZ2qkP1sYqDQdDSxPtdFm6Uhg7wFnAU2QAB0qIZTHEodO74ZrxR2BlN2ejcqNuePybDYfgSc_Mw4TEExK1Zgpm9tgQ/s1600-h/PA130135.JPG"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5226278278763262914" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiY5ez6fZzrF36g5pFEv5KI81iBhnW06metTQZnduhg5roCXZ2qkP1sYqDQdDSxPtdFm6Uhg7wFnAU2QAB0qIZTHEodO74ZrxR2BlN2ejcqNuePybDYfgSc_Mw4TEExK1Zgpm9tgQ/s400/PA130135.JPG" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div>We had a scare about a week ago. Blake had been at the beach with my dad. He woke up the next morning and his hip hurt . It was a little stiff. It continued to get worse that day. When they got home that night it hurt to much to walk! I gave him some Motrin and took him to bed. The next morning Alexus woke me up, Blake was crying, his leg really hurt. So off to the doctor. They didn't see anything wrong, it was weird for a young boy to have hip pain. He sent us to the hospital for x-rays and blood tests. Chuck met us at the hospital, I was sure that Blake was going to freak out about getting his blood drawn. He didn't at all. He sat on Chuck's lap and even watched the whole thing, he is much better then I. The x-rays were easy. Everything came back normal. So they said keep with the Motrin and if it hurts more, get red or swollen or he gets a fever go to the Emergency room. I was a little worried about the whole thing but this same thing happened to Alexus when she was 18 months old. They did the same tests and it was the same outcome. I guess I have strange kids!</div>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37420323.post-71166553872614123192008-07-22T22:00:00.000-07:002008-07-22T22:10:56.556-07:00Disneyworld<a href="http://%3cembed%20type=%22application/x-shockwave-flash%22%20src=%22http://picasaweb.google.com/s/c/bin/slideshow.swf%22%20width=%22400%22%20height=%22267%22%20flashvars=%22host=picasaweb.google.com&captions=1&RGB=0x000000&feed=http%3A%2F%2Fpicasaweb.google.com%2Fdata%2Ffeed%2Fapi%2Fuser%2F324taylor%2Falbumid%2F5226009851895678145%3Fkind%3Dphoto%26alt%3Drss%22%20pluginspage=%22http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer%22%3E%3C/embed%3E"><embed pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" src="http://picasaweb.google.com/s/c/bin/slideshow.swf" width="400" height="267" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" flashvars="host=picasaweb.google.com&captions=1&RGB=0x000000&feed=http%3A%2F%2Fpicasaweb.google.com%2Fdata%2Ffeed%2Fapi%2Fuser%2F324taylor%2Falbumid%2F5226009851895678145%3Fkind%3Dphoto%26alt%3Drss"></embed></a>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37420323.post-33232055677673594682008-06-18T21:14:00.000-07:002008-09-06T20:05:00.123-07:00CarlyCarly is getting such a sense of humor. Blake went to school a little early. They got to have a BBQ and then got to have their own field day with just the kindergarten class. He was not happy about this being the last day of school. He said that he was sad because he wasn't going to see his teacher everyday any more. What cute kid!</p><br /><p>Blake graduated from Kindergarten on Friday! He was so stinkin cute. I can't believe how much he has grown this year. He had a great teacher and made some really good friends. </p>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37420323.post-71562567265415878892008-06-18T15:39:00.000-07:002008-06-18T15:58:34.723-07:00Another Feis<div align="center">Alexus had another Feis. She had be practicing really hard the last couple of weeks. I was trying to get here to smile when she danced and she would have nothing to do with it. She said that it was to hard to smile and dance at the same time. I gave up. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">She wakes up Saturday, a little nervous. Chuck made her whatever she wanted for breakfast and then gave her a blessing. She seemed really happy, but still was NOT going to smile when she danced!</div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">She gets up for her first dance and what do I see on her face???? A SMILE, not a fake one but a real smile. We all laughed. She smiled in all 5 of her dances. You could tell by the smile that she was having fun!</div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">She had 5 different dances to do. 4 of them had anywhere from 8 - 11 girls in each group to dance against. Then the trophy dance had 20 girls in it. She placed in each dance. She got 2 first places and 3 second places. We were shocked that she got 1st place on the trophy dance. We had prepared her for maybe getting nothing. She was really happy and surprised to. I guess she'll be dancing for another year.</div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrlgMW6ACDPMCUbwT6Lbi0lKKAVAYvadX33DKxqLpyL6Y1O9gU7nInEXUbf7dDbndCJketqq0nmoOvJzh8RHpAijkB8eLzOE72lOgPR-JSzWfoj4opBZLpXX2o2NM7hq731RAvrQ/s1600-h/100_2994.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213355944924133506" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrlgMW6ACDPMCUbwT6Lbi0lKKAVAYvadX33DKxqLpyL6Y1O9gU7nInEXUbf7dDbndCJketqq0nmoOvJzh8RHpAijkB8eLzOE72lOgPR-JSzWfoj4opBZLpXX2o2NM7hq731RAvrQ/s200/100_2994.jpg" border="0" /></a> <div align="center"></div></div>Taylor Famhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16282766472963692250noreply@blogger.com1
