My crazy husband!

There was a ton of snow on our back deck so, Chuck told the kids that he would give them hot coco if they would do snow angels in there bathing suits, so Alexus ran and put hers on, Then started to think about it. Blake said that he would do it in just his pj bottoms. Neither of then really did it, but both sort of tried. Well Chuck decided that he would show the kiddos how it was really done and here is the result!

SNOW EVERYWHERE!

I normally like the snow, but now that we live on this big hill, I'm not so fond of it. I wouldn't mind a little bit, but a foot and half is TOO MUCH! Kids kids seemed to have fun in it!

I can't believe I let her do it AGAIN!

Alexus wanted her hair cut! Not trimmed, not just a little either! It still looks way cute, but I think I like it longer, but let me tell you this hair cut is EASY!!!!!!

Blake had a LEGO birthday party. Everything that we did had to do with legos. They had a great time! I even made a Lego Birthday cake. Thanks to Krista it was easy! If you ever need a cake for anything she is the woman!!!! Let me know and I will get you in touch with her.

My bestfriend

This is my new best friend!

For the last 6 weeks I've been working my butt off. I wake up every morning at 4:45 and go and workout before Chuck leaves for work! I love it. I love coming home and still having some quite time before the kids wake up. For those of you that don't know I'm NOT a morning person, but I've done a great job. I've lost some weight, but what is even better is that my clothes fit better and I have energy! I can't wait for spring so I can start playing softball again! There is a little update on my life!

1. I had all 3 kids with NO drugs!!! I can handle that kind of pain, but can't handle a needle!
2. I got kicked out of Ricks college, but if it wasn't for that Chuck and I would've never have gotten together
3. I have funky feet, not stinky, but my baby toes curl under. I think it was from dance when I was younger.

Carly is 2

Carly is 2! She is so stinkin cute. During the day she had some friends come over and had cupcakes. They were so nice they even brought a present "mama tato" Mrs. Potato Head, and "princess" a Little people princess. She loves them both. Then that night family came over and had cake. She loved opening the present and had such a great time. Thanks to everyone that celebrated with us.

School Started

Alexus is in 4th grade and Blake is in 1st. They both were really excited to start school. Blake had a tough time with school the first week. He would cry as he left the house almost every day. He said that school was to long to many recesses and that he missed me. It was a big change from half day kindergarten. The first couple of weeks he was exhausted!Now everything is great. They both do really well in school. Blake keeps surprising me with how well he does with everything. I knew that he was smart, but I think that he needed some better self esteem, now he feels better about himself and you can tell, poor boy!

Another bites the dust! One more to go!

Last Friday Chuck flew to Houston for his youngest brother's wedding. We all wanted to go, but it was to much $. I couldn't ask my parents because it was my mom's last FREE weekend before school started. He had a great time being with his family. He said the temple was great and the reception was beautiful.

I was really happy that Chuck made it out of there on Monday morning. Gustav was hanging around down there and they didn't really know what was going to happen. He made it home safe and sound. Houston didn't get much of anything.
